Green Buffalo Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Green Buffalo GE+ Powder
  • 1/4 of an apple, chopped
  • 1/2 of an orange, peeled
  • 75g pineapple chunks
  • 100g mango chunks
  • Kale (to taste)
  • Spinach (to taste)
  • 250ml coconut water

Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients:

Quarter the apple and remove the core. Peel the orange and cut it in half. Chop the pineapple and mango into bite-sized chunks. Wash the kale and spinach thoroughly (you can adjust the amount based on how much green you want in your smoothie).

Blend it up:

  • In a blender, combine the apple, orange, pineapple, mango, kale, spinach, and Green Buffalo GE+ powder.

  • Add the coconut water to help blend everything smoothly.
  1. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, you can add more coconut water.

  2. Taste and adjust: If you want a sweeter smoothie, add a little extra mango or pineapple. If you want more greens, toss in a bit more kale or spinach.

  3. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing, nutrient-packed Green Buffalo Smoothie!
